They call you
A professional who wants the job unlocks your request to see your number, then calls or messages you. You get a WhatsApp message when someone accepts. Your number stays hidden from anyone who has not unlocked it.

You choose, and pay them directly
Compare, ask for a quote and go with whoever you like. You pay the professional yourself. TheHire charges customers nothing and takes no commission.
