Fraud, a scam, or a compromised account
Raise a ticket under “Security” and email us the same thing, so it is recorded twice. Include the listing or shop involved, and any phone number or bank details the other party gave you.
If money has already left your account, contact your bank first — TheHire never holds or transfers a payment, so we cannot reverse one. Report a crime to the police; nothing here is a substitute for that.
